Its convenient location near key attractions makes it a great choice for exploring Ottawa, though the dining options might be limited. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were beautifully set up with flowers on the bed, a wrapped gift, and a handwritten card to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch signed by Shirley. The service was friendly and helpful, although I had to park my own car a block and a half away. The location was praised for its proximity to key attractions like the business district, parliament, and the market, but some found it underwhelming. The dining experience was rated as good, but with a note that it was taking a long time for service.
